Germán Buonomo created Argilla Partners in 2018, and has been advising startups and SMEs since then, working alongside dozens of companies in multiple development projects and capital raises. Before founding Argilla Partners, Germán was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he participated in the execution of M&A and financing deals totaling over US$20 billion in transacted amount. He has always been focused in the Latin America region across his tenure with the company, working out of Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile and New York, and was the Business Unit Manager of the Andean Region coverage team. Previously, he had worked in Banco Itaú. Germán holds a BS in Actuarial Sciences from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
